81. When people hurt others
When people hurt others and they don't worry,
To live their lives, they are in a hurry....
With their wisdom caught in a circle to pacify their ego's commotion,
Their thoughts centred only around their own emotions....
Seeing all the things that are happening around,
People abusing power and exploiting others all around...
Humanity is nowhere to be found,
People are troubling others without limits or any bounds...
Acting selfish, greedy, and mean,
Behaving in a way once which no one could even dream...
Cold, numb and emotionless,
Today's society is living a life full of distress....
Everyone's life seems like a mess ,
Full of trouble and full of stress...
People just lie and manipulate,
Where every conversation seems like a well planned game of chess.....
In the battle to become the Ace and win the race,
Peace and honesty in our lives have lost their space ....
The heart feels immense strain,
When seeing things beyond control, silent, helpless and mum, it has to remain...
Seeing people's efforts go in vain,
Not able to do anything to reduce their stress and pain...

82. Angel in the dark
Oh my dear angel in the dark,
Filled with so much bright beautiful spark...
You should leave behind all your doubts and fears,
Delete from your life all the tears...
You should never let your smile fade,
Your beautiful lips, it should never evade...
You should never let the sparkle in your eyes go dull,
Never let the child in you be lost and turn complete adult...
You should rise and come out of the dark,
With your kindness and smiles, you leave on peoples heart your mark...
Let the darkness fade and loose to your inner light,
Move ahead with a smile and all your might...
Let your heart guide you to the right path,
Leaving behind all the darkness in the past...
Carry on your journey ahead with smiles and a laugh,
Not worrying about your better half....
You are a spirit so beautiful, fierce and bold,
A true pleasure for the eyes to behold...
You don't need anyone standing beside your side,
Neither do you need to let anyone exploit your vulnerable side...
You don't need anyone to be your support, strength or guide,
You are a strong angel without any ego or pride...
You are an angel in the dark,
That can, any day it decides, defeat darkness within seconds with its little spark...
So forgetting all your scars,
Rise and shine my dear angel, like the super star that you are....

83. Missed childhood Memories
A sister found though the sands of time,
Suddenly crossing paths with life, mine...
Destiny made us meet so late,
After going through ages and ages of wait....
The brother and sister duo who would have been a super hit,
If they had been together in their childhood, life would have been perfect crazy treat...
Now time has to slow its pace,
Clocks have to stop to race...
To make up for the lost years of our childhood,
Fate has to bless us and help us groove....
God has to shower abundant grace,
Help build the memories of so many years in just a few days...
Covering up for the lost time from childhood days,
Helping through life's daily challenges and hazy maze....
Re-creating and living tons of missed memories of childhood time,
In a very short and limited span, of time.....
The things we missed out to do,
The moments of unforgettable joy and laughter we missed to live and experience through...
Making memories recreating childhood,
Doing things which we would have done ages ago if we could...
The missed sweet fights of the childhood age,
The innocent sweet brother and sister wars without any anger or rage...
Pure love, care and affection,
Without finding flaws, even though full of imperfections...
The missed demand for ample time and attention,
To play new games and try new mischief's and inventions...
So many missed places to travel,
So many missed wonderful mysteries to unravel....
The yummy food treats,
Walking daily around the streets...
The silly fights,
The scary horror story nights...
The endless talks,
Being a non-stop chatter box....
Playing fun games,
Calling each other mean names...
Teasing her and troubling her friends,
Apologizing scared, and making amends....
Bribing her with chocolates and gifts,
To keep my secrets safe by sealing her lips...
The punch, kick and scratched face,
The silly fights whose reasons could never truly be traced...
The fun and the joy,
Of rakhi, festival oh boy!...
The gifts and the treats,
Those treasured memories of a lifetime, so much so I miss....
Super happy and super fit,
The brother and sister duo who would have been a hit....
Living the endless care,
Enjoying childhood to the best without any moment to spare...
Sharing abundant care and love,
With laughter and smiles, as life's inseparable must...
So much to catch up,
In so little time...
So much to enjoy,
So much yet to live the joy...
Life is going at a fast speed ahead,
I wish time could somehow rewind....
So I could live through all these memories to cherish for a lifetime,
And always feel happy and fine...

84. My Sister, Super Star
My sister is a super star,
Her inspiration reaches wide away 7 seas far...
Travelling to seven countries on the way,
Bringing the brightest ray of light and smile every day...
Inspiration reaching across towns,
Beyond all boundaries and across all bounds...
Sending all worries and tensions away,
Making way for happiness and smiles to stay....
She is an angel who stands strong,
Bringing joy by correcting all wrongs...
The peace she brings by being with me along,
Nothing and no storm in the world can destroy it lifelong....
Her message always flows like a beautiful breeze,
Helping me to relax with ease....
Putting me to nights, sweet deep sleep,
Taking me on a journey of happy dreams, trip...
Waking up with her blessings in sight,
Sets a tone for everything to happen right...
She makes the day super pleasant and super bright,
Lending me strength to withstand any trouble, challenge or fight...
At times, I may not deserve her love and care,
But still she always has plenty and ample to spare...
Always with me, always in my prayers,
Because she is the one who always cares...
I don't know what I did to deserve you,
But I always thank God for the precious treasure, you....
Always in my heart, always in my thoughts,
My sister totally rocks...

85. Politics
Like ticks suck the blood and life of the host, leaving it weak and sick,
Politicians are sucking peace, harmony and money out of the economy and the nation, making it sick just because of their greed....
Leaving the nation weak and vulnerable,
So that they can turn around the political tables...
You need to commit crimes or go to jail,
In order to grow strong in the political game...
Everyone is corrupt,
For their victory, communal peace they are happy to destroy and disrupt....
Dividing people by language and cast,
For political advantage, even causing riots and blasts....
Dividing the community by states and regions,
Damaging national unity and integrity, causing irreparable lesion...
Giving anti-national elements their full support,
Playing with people's sentiments in the name of religion just to gain political advantage and votes.....
Causing hatred to fulfill their greed,
Dividing and destroying national unity with their every word, action and deed....
Disguising their every political misdeed,
Hiding in the name of religion and creed...
Discriminating and dividing people on the basis of cast, color and creed,
For their political motive; anti-national separatist elements in society is what they breed...
Language acts as a barrier, to unite,
Political parties take it as an advantage, to cause hatred and to divide....
Stooping to levels unbelievably low,
Playing a dirty political game by making false religious vows....
Destroying nations pride & secularism,
Promoting hatred and terrorism..
Causing people to have inferiority and superiority complex,
Making them uncaring and un-helping for others' welfare and wellbeing, in an angry reflex...
Causing amongst people problems of distrust,
Causing national unity to slowly rust...
Many lives are being destroyed in front of political lust,
National integrity and its welfare ending in dust ...
Brainwashing people's minds with beautifully decorated lies,
Misguided and manipulated, many people pay the price with their lives and die....
Intolerance and dislike towards others is the only seed they sow,
Misunderstanding is their favorite tool they use for their ulterior motive to plow....
Hatred and intolerance are the only plants they seek to grow,
With an ultimate motive to give religious and communal unity, a blow...
Making people feel unsafe, uncared and scared in their own country and nation,
It is the hidden political play of every party and has been evergreen in fashion....
Even friends are now fighting crazy over their political views,
Seems like peace and wisdom is now left with only a few....

86. Harsh Realities of Life
People, buying without much thought a new mobile for thousands of dollars,
But thinking so much about helping with just 100 dollars to a fellow scholar...
Kind and noble people losing the battle of life,
For, lack of money acted as a barrier in their fight to survive....
Lack of resources,
Leaving behind in hearts regrets and remorses....
The harsh tests of life,
Making it hard and almost impossible for peace and hope in our hearts to remain alive....
Continuous daily battles of survival, full of stress,
Taking a toll on mental and physical health, making life a mess....
Making the heart worried, scared and paranoid,
Making it hard for even a single moment of life to be devoid of any stress....
A life completely devoid of hope,
Full of new troubles every day and at every step without any relief or any improvements, scope....
No one to support or be our strength,
No one to truly call a family or a friend ....
In harsh times of trouble in life,
No one genuinely has the support of people, even five...
The pain and the tears of this harsh life,
We have to bravely face ourselves alone to someday succeed, grow and thrive ......

87. A Kiddo
A sweet emotional kiddo,
Once upon a time, I was just ditto...
Always lying down on my bed with my pillow,
Sleeping whole day feeling sad and low...
Living a life without aims and dreams,
With a heart, full of self-doubt and screams...
A curious little kid,
Emotionally weak and not so fit...
Always curious about life,
About everything always had in mind, at least questions five...
Bullied at an early age,
Living in a fear made cage...
Filled with anger and rage,
Always looking for a way to escape...
Afraid to face life,
Go to college and start building a life...
Afraid to meet new people in life,
Afraid I would not fit into their vibe...
Afraid and uncomfortable with unwanted attention,
Giving me anxiety and hyper tension...
But in the end, things worked out fine,
Went through college with colors and memories flying...
I never stopped and I never quit trying,
Completed my college in just perfect time...
College did me good,
Made life and people be better understood...
Gave me wisdom and courage in life,
Helped break free the cage of fears of all type...
Helped find happiness and success in life,
For which all their life everyone strives....

Being a child is not a child's play,
Often, in darkness, just struggling to stay alive and get through the day....
Searching for a little ray of hope and light,
Just trying their best to somehow survive ...
Looking for support to turn many wrongs into rights,
Facing endless battles hidden from the world day and night...
Needing guidance to build their future, bright,
Someone to help with all the pressure, trauma and the fight.......
Hiding many secrets buried in a scared heart,
A curious mind overflowing with endless questions about different things on this earth....
Domestic violence and non-stop drama,
Causing scars and lifelong trauma...
Carrying so many smiles fake,
Since for them, a lot is always at stake....
Growing up in fears,
Hiding from their own peers....
People are so distant even after being so near,
Crying self to sleep alone in silent tears....
Shattering of millions of dreams,
Under their super silent screams....
Feeling unwanted, unloved, unprotected and uncared,
Totally lost and totally scared....
Locking themselves in solitude in their room,
They just can’t stop thinking about the outside doom....
Living scary moments that can bring anyone tears,
With their traumatic stories that can haunt anyone for days, months and years.....
Scared of where things may lead or end,
Because they know, no one would be there for their rescue or to defend....
At times, people like wolves lurking around to hunt down their innocent souls,
Steal their innocence and destroy their lives on a whole....
With no one on whom they can trust or depend,
Only their faith in God, to keep them moving on till their journey comes to an end....

With tears in your eyes,
Wearing a smile as a disguise...
With your heart always so full of love,
To help others, which feels like a must ...
Even in pain, you make me feel fine,
Sweet little angel princess sister mine...
You make me laugh, you make me smile,
With your magic you make sadness disappear even from away, hundreds of mile ....
I just have you ,
Because people like you, there are very few...
You have the magic that can heal,
You have a heart that everyone's pain can feel...
Your blessings and prayers truly work,
By God, your pleas and prayers are really heard....
You have been noble and kind since your birth,
People's evil eyes and jealousy try to make you feel unworthy and low like dirt....
Your talent and brilliant luster no one can beat,
Your knowledge and skills are beyond their reach....
A talented soul full of many hidden talents,
Being emotional, many of them still lying dormant....
Beautiful handwriting like a delicate garland of pearls,
Even in rough, jotted down like calligraphy's elegantly written words ...
Heart captivating voice, sweeter than a nightingale's songs,
Singing self-composed poetry so perfectly beyond professional singers' songs....
A future lawyer and a future judge,
Who would bring back people's faith in justice which today is lying in dust...
You are a diamond in the rough,
Being more precious and valuable day by day, fighting situations tough...
Overflowing with sweetness filled pure heart,
Kind little sweet angel princess since birth...

90. Global Climate Change
Dew drops turn to ice,
As the temperature continues to fall and fails to rise...
Staying warm and safe inside,
Wearing proper woollens would be wise...
The weather continues to terrorise,
With extreme hot and cold spells on the rise...
Rivers and lakes vaporise,
Looks like towards humanity nature's way to despise...
Storms and tornadoes,
Hitting and destroying cities and towns in a row...
Dry spells, floods and rain,
Causing economies to drain...
Every year tons of natural disasters come as a surprise,
As slowly and steadily the earth dies...
Destruction by natural disaster is the price,
For over exploiting earth's resources and making nature feel pressurise...
Nature destroying humans so the earth can survive,
Slowly heal back from global climate change and once again grow and thrive....
